Hercu’s passion for creativity, problem-solving, and empowering teams shines through in everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking with his two border collies, the zen of fly fishing, exploring the Caribbean, making plans to take up sailing, and fueling his fascination with artificial intelligence.

Tim is BMG360’s Chief Creative & Strategy Officer. With a 30+ year advertising and marketing career spanning both entrepreneurial and corporate endeavors across a variety of business sectors, Tim utilizes the breadth and depth of his experience to help our clients find that right path forward that sparks success and unlocks scale. Tim has a real passion and exuberance for the business and loves to “look under the hood” of our client’s businesses to help them better connect with and activate their target audience. As a father of three very active teenage boys and husband to an “anything with a racquet” sports nut, Tim is perpetually in motion…and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Michelle is the Chief Financial Officer at BMG360. Her expertise spans Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Legal, Office Operations, IT, and Administration. With over 30 years in finance and operations, she has served as CFO at Meetup Inc. and Collective Inc. and held executive roles at The NPD Group, Cablevision, Hachette Filipacchi Media, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Michelle holds an Executive MBA from Hofstra University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rider University, and has completed the CTAM Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Michelle lives in NY with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. She enjoys staying active through regular exercise and her love of yoga and has a passion for reading non-fiction books and spending time with family and friends.

As Senior Vice President of Media and Strategy at BMG360, Rochelle brings nearly 18 years of expertise in DRTV and performance marketing, with a background spanning client services and media buying. She excels in diverse campaigns (CPG, D2C, Healthcare, E-Commerce), delivering (and exceeding!) her clients’ desired KPIs and fostering deep-rooted client and vendor relationships. When not with her two kids, she enjoys outdoor activities, travel, fitness, reading, and supporting the Buffalo Bills. Fun fact: she's explored 25 countries.

Matt, aka “Del” to most peers and clients, is BMG360’s Senior Vice President of Client Services. He has a decade of experience in performance marketing with a heavy focus on TV and radio, data, and strategy. He loves the people at BMG360, building relationships with clients and partners, and solving problems related to campaign strategy and performance. Outside of work, he will likely be spotted on a golf course or spending time with his wife, golden retriever (named Simba), and other family AND friends. Fun fact about Del – he once ate 14 lobsters in a single sitting and almost followed a career in competitive eating.

Thomas Starr, SVP Growth and New Business, has 15 years of experience in the industry, working on both agency and client sides. His expertise lies in performance marketing, with a focus on audio. He specializes in media buying, strategic planning, and overall campaign strategy. Thomas is also known for his passion and leadership skills, nurturing partnerships in both media and new business development and fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and communication. Outside work, he is the father of two amazing children and an avid golfer.

Maureen's BMG360 story began in 2012, when the organization had fewer than 20 team members. Starting as a media assistant, she has evolved her role alongside BMG360's growth and transformation. Maureen's journey took her from media assistant to managing major branded accounts. Her versatility shone as she wore various hats, including conducting employee interviews, which sparked her passion for people. Recognizing her passion, Maureen pursued courses in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. Maureen's dedication to BMG360's development led to the creation of our People function and HR development. Her decade-long experience with our DNA makes her the natural fit for VP of Human Resources. Outside of work, Maureen can be found traveling (primarily along the I-95 corridor) and crafting unnecessarily large charcuterie boards.

With a career spanning over a decade, Sindy is a seasoned digital marketing professional renowned for her expertise in diverse verticals. Since 2010, she has been instrumental in driving digital strategies for various industries, including B2B, healthcare, fintech, education, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Strategy for BMG360, she collaborates closely with strategic clients, offering tailored guidance on leveraging digital channels to achieve unprecedented success for clients. Beyond the office, you'll often find Sindy catching an NBA game or taking a hike to explore the PNW.

Joe, VP and Managing Director of Digital, has over a decade of experience in digital marketing, specializing in operations, client services, and paid social. His expertise extends to CRO, team building, and navigating e-commerce and lead generation. What he likes most about this dynamic industry is its ever-changing nature, tackling new challenges and learning opportunities. He thrives on quantifying success and nurturing relationships, both internally and with clients. Beyond the digital world, he finds joy in reading, staying active, NFL football, continuous learning, and cherishing moments with family. Fun fact: Excel/Google Sheets is my second language, and I'm among the rare enthusiasts of spreadsheet mastery. Oh, and in college, I was a gridiron force as an offensive lineman.
